# \[공지] 클로브 서비스 이용약관 개정에 대한 안내 (2026.05.21)

안녕하세요, 클로브팀입니다.

2026년 5월 28일부로 클로브 서비스 이용약관이 아래와 같이 개정되어 새롭게 적용됨을 공지 드립니다.

주요 개정 사항은 아래와 같으며, 개정 약관의 전문은 첨부된 링크를 통해 확인이 가능합니다.

#### <주요 개정사항>

1. 제2조 (용어의 정의) : "회원" 정의에 개인사업자 추가
2. 제3조 (약관의 효력과 개정) : 개별 서비스 이용 시 추가 개인(신용)정보 수집 및 이용 동의 거절 시 해당 개별 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있음을 명시
3. 제4조·제6조·제11조 : "개인정보 등" 표현을 "개인(신용)정보"로 통일, 개인정보처리위수탁정책 링크 안내 추가
4. 제16조 (관할 법원) : 서울중앙지방법원을 "제1심의 전속적 관할법원"으로 명확화
5. 기타 표현, 오탈자 등 정비
