# \[공지] 개인정보처리방침 개정 안내 (2026.05.21)

안녕하세요, 클로브팀입니다.

26년 5월 28일부터 아래와 같이 개정된 개인정보 처리방침이 시행될 예정입니다.

주요 변경 사항은 아래를 통해 확인이 가능합니다.

* 공고 일자: 2026년 5월 21일
* 시행 일자: 2026년 5월 28일

#### <변경 내용>

1. 신용정보법 적용에 따른 처리방침 현행화
   * 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 준수 근거 추가
2. 회원 유형별 개인정보 처리 기준 구체화
   * 법인 회원 / 개인·개인사업자 회원 / 법인사업자 대표자로 처리 기준 구분
   * 법인사업자 대표자의 개인(신용)정보 처리 항목 신설 (성명, 생년월일, 주소, 개인신용점수 등)
3. 클로브 서비스 제공을 위한 개인정보 수집 항목 현행화
   * 공동인증서(홈택스 및 금융용) 수집 항목 추가
   * 회사 기본 정보, 법인카드 및 회계 ERP 연동 정보 추가
   * 은행 계좌, 전자(세금)계산서, 가맹점 정산 내역 등 금융·세무 데이터 수집 항목 추가
   * 여신금융협회 및 판매(결제)대행업체 로그인 정보 수집 항목 추가
4. 회원 이외로부터의 개인정보 수집 근거 신설
   * 금융기관·결제대행사 등 제3자로부터 수집하는 항목 및 근거 명시
5. 개인정보 보유 기간 관련 법령 현행화
   * 전자금융거래법, 국세기본법·법인세법, 특정금융거래정보법에 따른 보존 기간 추가
6. 개인정보 제3자 제공 조항 현행화
   * 신용정보법 제32조 제1항 근거 추가
   * 제3자 제공 예외 사유 명시
7. 개인정보 처리위탁 내용 현행화
   * 헥토데이터: 위탁사로 신규 추가 (공동인증서·법인카드 관리자 계정 정보 활용 스크래핑 및 보관)
   * 코드에프: 재위탁사로 신규 추가 (회원 및 소속 임직원 데이터 스크래핑 업무)
